A woody suprise

Last year, November 2008 a very old friend gave me a Perform wood lathe. My family kept it secret from until we arrived to pick it up from him. When he told me about the lathe I was over the moon, and couldn't wait to get it home. But their was a six hour drive before that was going to happen. When it was placed in its new home I was hard at work and I made my first bowl within an hour or so of being back home in the south west again.
